Prompt Tracking
Prompt tracking is the practice of running a fixed set of real buyer questions through AI models on a repeating schedule and recording who gets mentioned, in what position, and with what sentiment. It converts one-off AI answers, which vary run to run, into a stable, trendable measure of visibility.
Because a single AI answer is noisy, prompt tracking relies on repetition across runs and models to separate signal from variance. It is the data layer beneath share of voice and the citation gap — without a tracked prompt set, every AI visibility claim is anecdote.
